New Colleague

I gave her a feedback regarding her latest behavior and mind to work with. Honestly I feel difficulty to work with her as it's too hard to train her a lot along with working by myself with everyday's deals.
What I wanted to say most is she can do it. I and team mate feel nervous because of her will. She doesn't look she commits this job really.
I said everything I say and I told her with thoughtful heart, not cold registence.
This was my suceed to communicate someone in my team. Hope this is gonna be a great best practice.
